Clone Remover
Clone Remover is a convenient program that find duplicate files on your computer. It can find copies of files on hard drives, CDs\DVDs, in Zip and RAR archives. After the short search process is over, you will see the lists of similar files by five categories:
1. Files with identical contents – these files contain the same data. File names do not matter.
2. Files with the same mp3 tags – these music (mp3) files have a common part in their tags. For example, the same track names and artists.
3. Similar images – for example, files with the same photos, but with different resolutions (the number of pixels vertically and horizontally). Or the images one of which has a small caption and the other does not.
4. Files with the same names and/or extensions.
5. Files with a zero size. You can delete file duplicates right from the program. For you to make sure that files are actually similar, there is a built-in viewer that can show you a lot of file types (for example, images, music mp3 files or Microsoft Word/Excel documents).
